Tanga Points are accumulated by participating in all the activities on Tanga including solving puzzles, contributing puzzles, questions and content, participating in games and more. Tanga Points are used as a way to keep score on the web site and every so often we reward those winners with special prizes! You can view the Leaderboard to get a bird’s eye view of where you rank among other Tanganites on a daily, monthly or yearly scale.
STU (Super Tanga Users) are people who grab the bull by the horns and buy lots of Tanga products all the time. In feeding their shopping habits, they purchase 50 products brings them to the coveted Super Tanga User status. You can also become an STU by accumulating 5000 Tanga Points. Every once in a while, we do special things for our STU members like giving them free Tanga Cash.

One Word Wonders are puzzles where the answer to the puzzle is exactly one word. Take this One Word Wonder as an example:
This puzzle has everything you need in it to find the answer. Can you guess what it is? The answer is IVORY. The way you get the answer is to come to the realization that only 21 of the 26 letters of the alphabet are represented by the 1st letter of the pictured products. The unrepresented letters are I, V, O, R and Y! Some of the puzzles take a little bit of work to figure out. Luckily you will have the help of the Tanga community to figure out the more difficult puzzles as well as hints provided by the puzzle maker (on some puzzles only).
Cryptopix puzzles are created by having pictures put together to form a word or phrase. As an example, check out this Cryptopix puzzle created by one of our users:

Hypercross Multimedia Puzzles are crossword puzzles with a unique twist! Instead of having the standard, boring text clues, you will be given clues that are pictures, video or sound. Click the beginning box of an answer field to see the clue on the right hand side of the screen. (If an answer field’s first box is for both the vertical and horizontal answer, then click it again to switch between the two clues.) Fill out all the answers and hit submit to see if you are correct!
Are you ready to win some cool products? Every night at 7:00 p.m. PST, you have 24 hours to come and play Bottom Feeder to try to win the prize of the day. All you need to do is bid 3 positive, whole numbers. After 24 hours we check all the bids and if you are the lowest unique number, you win! Our business model is to offer the best prices on everything we sell, every day. We don’t make large profits, so we can’t offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturer defects or shipping damage that is evident when you receive your product. If your product is defective, or damaged in shipment, you can return it to us for a full refund, or a replacement if one is available.
The first thing you should do with these types of issues is contact the manufacturer for any support related questions or warranty issues. You can also visit the blog and ask questions to other users regarding your product. If all else fails, you can contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Because we sell out of most of our products, we may not have a replacement product for you so please expect to receive a refund.
The best way to do this is to cancel your order on the "My Account" page, and place a new order. Do it quickly though! Once your order is processed for shipping or is sold out, it will not be possible to accept cancellations.
When you make a purchase, we get an authorization from your bank to charge your card. We charge your card only when we print your shipping labels or submit your order to a manufacturer to be processed.

First of all, life’s hard and sometimes it just isn’t fair! Second, if you sign up for a Tanga account, you can have all of your information stored into our system so all you need to do is click a couple of times to order, which greatly increases your chances to score.
Well this all depends on what the product is, how good of a deal we are offering and how many we are able to secure. Sometimes we will only let you buy one product, other times it may be ten! We’re crazy like that.
Shipping works because large companies have big trucks and airplanes and lots of people to deliver packages. Right now, we currently use UPS Ground to ship a majority of our packages but we also use the USPS and Fedex as well. It just depends on the situation. Shipping generally occurs 7-10 business days after we get your order but a lot of times it happens much sooner! Tracking information on other items can be found in your settings page and by clicking on the link to your past orders.
Magazine orders take 8-12 weeks for your first issue to arrive. If you haven’t received your first issue in 10 weeks, please contact us so we can call the publisher on your behalf. Note that magazine orders do not have tracking numbers.
T-Shirt orders typically take between 5-7 days for your items to ship. Please note that these are shipped out USPS and you will not receive a tracking number for your order.
We only ship our products within the continental United States. The exception to this rule are magazines and t-shirts where we ship in all 50 states. We do not ship outside the country unfortunately for our friends up north and our amigos down south.

Every evening at 7:00 p.m. PST, Tanga will sell a new magazine subscription for 24 hours. As these deals won’t sell out, you will have a full 24 hours to make up your mind about purchasing the subscription. Once a magazine has sold for 24 hours, it may or may not be for sale again in the future.
Make sure to look for a coupon code on the product page as that will give you a discount from the published price. Just take the coupon code and plug it into the checkout page in order to see your discount.
Please allow up to 10-12 weeks to receive your first issue before contacting Tanga about the status of your order.
