General Discussion » Did Tanga remove the Cancel feature?
I, too, noticed that the Cancel Order button is now gone. I am assuming (big stretch as a first time buyer) that it has disappeared due to the order having been shipped. The "Not Yet Shipped" is still displayed. I am also assuming that the shipping part doesn't always get updated, just like Woot.

We are working on that status part of our system so it's a better meter of what is going on with your order. Once the item has stopped selling, it can't be canceled. Please contact us with a Tangagram and we can see what we can do.

The item i’m trying to cancel has not shipped yet per the status..
Sent TangaJen a msg through Tanga… but just wanted to see if others saw the cancel feature disappear.. or if I was just daft and it was never there to begin with..
